Bilobalide Protects Pheochromocytoma Cell from Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation/Reperfusion Induced Injury via Activating Wnt1/Beta Catenin Pathway

To explore the protective effect of bilobalide on pheochromocytoma cell injury induced by oxygen-glucose deprivation/reperfusion in vitro. simulate ischemia-reperfusion condition, was The cells were divided into control, and deprivation/ reperfusion+bilobalide groups. viability, proliferative capacity, malondialdehyde level, superoxide dismutase apoptosis, Wnt1 protein level nuclear beta-catenin assayed. Compared with control group, decreased reperfusion percentage apoptotic increased oxygenglucose while treated deprivation/reperfusion+bilobalide all above-mentioned observation indicators recovered to a certain extent, but still did not reach group. Bilobalide protects from vitro through inhibiting oxidative stress via activating Wnt1/beta-catenin pathway.
